We are proud to be able to announce an average processing / printing / shipping time of 1 to 5 days, then add the delivery time of La Poste (3 to 8 days for standard delivery).

I only received part of my order
It may happen that our printing service providers sometimes send several products from the same order in separate packages due to their formats or production times in order to ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible. If you have selected shipping with tracking number, start by checking whether it was sent in one or more packages by logging into the track your order page:

My order has not arrived, what should I do?
Most customers receive their order on the estimated date on the site, but it can happen that an order is slightly late. If this is the case, we invite you to wait a little longer and check your estimated delivery date on the order confirmation email. We depend on the postal services for the delivery of our products and unfortunately they sometimes experience delays beyond our control. If you still have not received your order 72 hours after the expected delivery date, please contact us via our online form, indicating your order number so that we can find a solution.
My order is marked as delivered but I have not received it
Your order tracking link indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not yet received it? We invite you to wait a little longer, the delivery person may be on his way and may arrive by the end of the day. Delivery methods and conditions
Private Package
Colis privé is one of our main partners for deliveries in France.
Delivery is made to the mailbox (without appointment): if the package cannot be delivered, a delivery notice will be left in the mailbox.
Your package will then be automatically dropped off at a relay point and you will have 10 days to collect it before it is returned to us. You will be notified by email and/or text message.

Shipping methods
The delivery time will depend on the delivery method you have selected:
- Standard delivery: your order will be sent in letter format without a tracking number. This allows the postman to drop the order in the recipient's mailbox when the recipient is absent.

We work with print service providers all over the world. When you order from us, your product is printed by the provider closest to you. Our products are printed on demand and we work in collaboration with international printing service providers. Each of them is an expert in their field.
When you place an order on our site, the printer is selected based on the product you have ordered and your delivery address. We do our utmost to ensure that your products are printed in the region closest to your delivery address in order to minimise our environmental impact and to guarantee you the fastest and most affordable transport service possible while guaranteeing you the best possible quality.
· How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are calculated at the time you place your order based on the destination country and the shipping method selected. Before proceeding to checkout, simply enter your shipping address and choose a shipping method (standard, tracked or express). The shipping costs will then be automatically calculated and added to your cart total.
